My mother taught me, “If you can’t say anything nice about someone (or team), don’t say anything at all.”
Following that advice, Gaels360 will stop for awhile until the Gaels regroup for the 2021-22 season.

As the mother of a first year player on the team, I was really enjoying your post-game reflections, whether about wins or losses. These young men have much passion for the game, motivation to be good, and faith in themselves, their teammates, and their coaches. It is a huge privilege for them to have the opportunity to play at this level, amidst a pandemic. It is a privilege to have the chance to grow and improve. I feel all parts of their journey are interesting, even the rough parts. Thank you for your writing, and I hope you’ll be back writing before 2021-22!

Hi, I’ve enjoyed your review of games. I learned a lot from your analysis and have looked forward to your posts. Your last comment however implies that this team is failing somehow. I think this team is achieving great things and is laying the foundation for an incredibly competitive season next year. Remember the Gaels were leading the Zags by at least ten points in their first meeting and looked like they had cracked the Zags code. I’ve seen a similar reaction on godisagael…..if we don’t have a winner….. what’s the point of supporting a team that is struggling and not beating Santa Clara by 20? This team is still physical and playing the game the right way. They need our support more than ever this year. Looking forward to reading your comments in the future. Cheers.
